DELIVERY POLICY

Flowers are perishable and need to be delivered on the first attempt to ensure quality. 

We cannot offer free re-deliveries if no one is in, so please give us clear instructions on where to leave the flowers.

We MUST have the recipient’s phone number & email so we can contact them to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If you do not know the email of the recipient, we will include the email the purchaser. However, the phone number of the recipient has to be included as this is also a requirement of our courier. 

Please make sure the delivery address you give us is correct, as we do not accept any liability for incorrect or incomplete addresses that lead to incorrect deliveries.

 

REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that the flowers are damaged, please send us a photo of the bouquet on the day it has been delivered to be eligible for replacement stems or a store credit: this is only available for stems that have perished in transit and are subject to each individual order. You can send a photo to katsvictorygarden@gmail.com.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel your order before 48 hours in advance for your flower orders. Please cancel 7 days in advance on subscriptions to be eligible for a refund by emailing us at katsvictorygarden@gmail.com. As our product is perishable, we do not offer re-deliveries, nor are we able to offer a refund if the flowers have already left the shop for delivery.


FLOWER AVAILABILITY

Our flowers are all specially made for our customers. The photos on our website are only a reflection of size and our garden style of creating beautiful arrangements for you. While we certainly can create bouquets for you that are similar in look for a special occasion, each of our bouquets ordered online are made with the flowers we are working with that week or month and we also focus on seasonal flowers as much as we can. If you have favorite stems or colours you love, include the request in your order and we will do our best to fulfill the request.

We do not share customer details with any third parties.
